On the totality of documentary evidence (MPF records showing R3 as employer, wages paid by R3, tax returns and ledger entries) and absence of evidence of any lending or seconding arrangement, the trial judge properly found R3 to be the sole employer; mere provision of services to other group companies does not establish joint employment; no basis to overturn the factual findings on appeal.
