The appellate court refused to overturn the trial judge's credibility findings on eyewitness identification and her factual inferences that the appellant was the person handling the live device and that the power originated from the nearby family shop; those findings were not plainly wrong and, coupled with expert and physical evidence and the statutory presumption, established guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
