The trial judge did not err: admitting the applicant's previous convictions for cross-examination was a lawful exercise of discretion given the allegation of police fabrication; the quantity of drugs found gave rise to the presumption of possession for trafficking which the applicant failed to rebut; on the evidence the conviction was properly reached and the sentence was within the Chan Chi Ming guideline given the applicant's record.
