    Where a judgment creditor holds a final judgment and a garnishee holds funds owed to the judgment debtor, the court will order the garnishee to pay those funds to the judgment creditor and may order enforcement costs (assessed at $5,200) to be added to the judgment debt and retained out of recovered monies in priority.
