The Court held that the cumulative circumstantial evidence — the timing and pattern of insurance increase, the defendant's conspicuous clothing and luggage, contemporaneous telephone contacts and CCTV linkage between defendant and PW1, and the recovery of reported items — provided sufficient and reliable evidence to establish the required agreement for conspiracy to defraud; the proposed fresh evidence was irrelevant and excluded, and no appellate error was demonstrated to render the conviction unsafe.
