The Tribunal accepted respondent's documentary evidence that Mr Lee was the principal tenant and that the TTN was validly served, thereby terminating the principal tenancy on 31 October 2007; by s6(5) of the LTAO the sub‑tenancies were also terminated, so the intended applicant had no locus to be joined or to substitute and both applications were dismissed with costs awarded to the respondent.
