Because the accomplice witness expressly admitted hope of a sentence reduction and the judge repeatedly warned the jury to view his evidence with great caution, no misdirection arose under Ngie; furthermore the judge correctly and appropriately directed the jury on circumstantial evidence and inferences from undisputed objective facts; accordingly the application for leave to appeal was refused and the appeal dismissed.
