The magistrate properly applied the law and, having considered the appellant's conduct toward undercover officers together with the significant presence of condoms (including used condoms), KY jelly and mouthwash, could rightly draw the irresistible inference that the premises were being habitually and continuously used as a vice establishment; that evidence was adequate to sustain the conviction and the appellate court will not interfere.
