The summons for further information was largely refused because it was made late after trial commenced in breach of a prior order prohibiting further questionnaires without leave, and because many items were oppressive, excessive or unnecessary given the Petitioner was a litigant in person; only a limited subset of items in Table 3 that were necessary for a fair trial were ordered to be provided (items 7,13,16,17(a)-(b),20-23,25-28).
