Judge found on balance that the Father substantially funded the 1986 purchase (resulting trust in favour of Father), that the April 2008 Oral Agreement occurred and the Plaintiff paid HK$500,000 and performed maintenance; consequently the Defendant holds the legal title as trustee for the Plaintiff by common intention constructive trust and must transfer legal and beneficial title to the Plaintiff forthwith.
