Special Condition 27(a)(i) of the Government Lease, read in context with its margin note, restricts the relevant carparking spaces to use by residents or occupants of residential units only; an owner of a carparking space who is not a resident or occupant of a residential unit is not entitled under that condition to park there; the Manager has authority under clause 6.2.1 of the DMC to enforce breaches of the Government Lease and to restrain non-compliant use.
