The court corrected its prior judgment under Order 20 r.11 to include interest because the omission was an accidental slip and the court was satisfied it would have awarded interest as claimed; interest was awarded from 14 September 2015 at 1% over the HSBC best lending rate until judgment and thereafter at the Judgment rate, and the 1st defendant was ordered to pay the plaintiff's costs of the application.
