The Court refused leave to appeal because the sentencing judge applied correct legal principles, adopted permissible starting points, properly addressed concurrency and totality and the aggregate sentence of 34 months imprisonment was not manifestly excessive or disproportionate to the applicant's culpability.

The sentences were appropriate and must be affirmed: 15 months for possession of a forged identity card consistent with Li Chang Li; the other offences had correct starting points and the one-third plea discount was properly applied; ordering the sentences to run concurrently was correct.
