The borrower defaulted and the lender had complied with the procedural and contractual requirements for enforcement (Order 83A, Order 88 and mortgage clauses), the property could not be practicably partitioned, and there was no substantive opposition; accordingly the court granted money judgment, possession and an order for sale with a reserved price and awarded costs to the plaintiff.
