The association constituted an unregistered and therefore unlawful society under the Societies Ordinance; because the plaintiffs' claims are founded on that unlawful association the court cannot grant the equitable and declaratory relief sought, and accordingly the action must be dismissed despite merits in favour of plaintiffs.
