The CCTV recordings from 15–23 September 2015 were relevant and admissible to establish A1's close connection, knowledge and control of the drugs in Room 1526 and were not so prejudicial as to require exclusion, particularly where defence counsel admitted the material under s65C CrPO; the trial judge gave adequate directions on joint enterprise and the distinction between mere presence/knowledge and participation; therefore leave to appeal against conviction and sentence is refused and the trial sentences are upheld.
