The challenged accounts are investment/securities accounts, not 'bank accounts' within part 2.3 of Form E; accordingly the redacted entries (stock code and stock name) are not required under part 2.3 and, on the material before the court, the redacted information is not relevant to the cause such that disclosure should be ordered. The petitioner is entitled only to the latest unredacted statement for each investment account as at the date of the related Form E; the broader application for unredacted historic statements is refused.
