The court found trustees met the reasonable suspicion threshold and that production of narrowly defined documents concerning the January 6, 2017 loan agreement and specified short-term advances from Indo-Sino to Grassmere was reasonably required and within Indo-Sino's and Ms Yeung's capability; accordingly it granted a limited production order against Indo-Sino and Ms Yeung but refused broader document classes, oral examination and dismissed the application against Mr Yeung as he lacked involvement and control over the documents.
