YUNG MEI CHUN v. CHAN SING CHUEN

    Citation
YUNG MEI CHUN v. CHAN SING CHUEN
    Court
    Court of First Instance
    Case number
    HCMP352/2010

The Master correctly refused to file the plaintiff's summonses because the proposed applications were incompetent and an abuse of process given that the same subject matter had already been finally determined by the Court of Appeal and the procedural rules (including s.14AB HCO and CFA Ordinance requirements) precluded the filings; accordingly both appeals against the Master's decisions are dismissed and costs are awarded to the defendant.
