The Master accepted the vendor's evidence that the 2002 resale at HK$5.8 million reflected market value, found that the vendor's 23 February 1998 notice kept the Agreement alive until a further determination given 13 June 2002, and that the subsequent resale on 27 July 2002 fell within the contractual framework (including the 6 month proviso).
