The judge's factual findings that petitioner failed to prove diversion of the respondent's business to Sandy and that the respondent's documented income and expenditures justified the maintenance order were not plainly wrong; accordingly the district judge's variation (HK$10,000 per child per month) and refusal to make an attachment order were upheld and the appeal dismissed.
