The Court assumed jurisdiction, found the wife had an arguable case under the Married Persons Status Ordinance and that she would be prejudiced if the husband were allowed to dissipate the proceeds; accordingly the balance of convenience required the husband to give security in the sum of $200,000 to the satisfaction of the Registrar pending the hearing of the appeal or further order.
