The court lacked power under the Matrimonial Proceedings and Property Ordinance to order a sale of the properties; accordingly, having regard to prior findings under the Married Persons Status Ordinance and the parties' circumstances (age, earning capacity, contributions), the appropriate remedy was to order the wife to transfer to the husband a half interest in each of the three remaining properties, to refuse any periodical maintenance, and to order the wife to pay the husband's costs limited to specified appearances.
