The Court held that, given the quantity involved and the applicant's cooperation plus additional materials, a greater discount than one-third (approximately 43%) was justified and corrected the arithmetic error by reducing the custodial term on count 1 to 38 months to run consecutively with 2 months on count 2, giving a total of 40 months imprisonment.
