Section 12(2) of the Small Claims Tribunal Ordinance did not require the Attorney-General personally to sign the prescribed forms; an authorised officer of the Treasury validly signed the claims as agent and, alternatively, subsequent authority amounted to ratification, so the appeals were allowed and judgment entered for the amounts claimed.
