Master Kwan held the plaintiff is obliged to provide particulars and reasonable quantification of PSLA, future loss of earnings and Smith v Manchester loss of earning capacity at the Statement of Damages stage because PD 18.1 aims to provide adequate detail early, 'where practicable' does not permit unexplained deferral, and Order 18 r12 supports early clarity; absence of authority for a contrary 'practice' meant the defendants' application succeeded.
