Section 45 must be read to attach the presumption of manufacture where a person is found in premises containing both dangerous drugs and equipment referable to manufacture even if active manufacture was not observed at the moment of finding; where only equipment is present the presumption is of preparatory acts; in this case the appellants did not rebut the presumptions of manufacture and of possession for trafficking, therefore convictions stand.
