On the balance of the evidence the bankrupt exhibited persistent evasiveness and failure to provide documentation or meaningful cooperation in relation to the Zhongshan properties, alleged loan records and post-petition allotments, thereby prejudicing proper administration; those grounds satisfy s.30A(b)-(d) BO and justify suspending automatic discharge for a period sufficient to allow trustees' investigations to continue — here fixed at 2 years 9 months from 24 August 2024 (with a 3-month reduction for the bankrupt's late concession).
