Further disclosure was not ordered because the disclosures sought were not necessary to make the Mareva injunction effective and would amount to ancillary investigation; variation permitting HH Chun to apply his share of the net proceeds to discharge bona fide debts was justified because those liabilities were genuine and repayment was not improper dissipation; payment out of half the net proceeds to Madam Chiu was ordered because the evidence established an agreement to sell and divide proceeds equally, effecting severance of the joint tenancy.
