The Court held that questions concerning whether the objective element of 'reasonable grounds for belief' in s.25(1) Cap.405 relates to a common‑sense right‑thinking member and whether the Ghosh approach is the appropriate test raise points of law of great and general importance and certified those two questions; other proposed questions did not meet the certification criteria.
