Master Yuen found the bankrupt deliberately failed to disclose a pay rise and bonus which constituted unsatisfactory conduct under s30A(3), but having regard to mitigating family circumstances, partial repayments and the equities the appropriate remedy was to delay/extend the automatic discharge by a short period (a cessation of 4 months) rather than harsher measures.
