The court found on balance that petitioner had been receiving money from the family coach business and had failed full and frank disclosure; given respondent's housing and cashflow needs and the limited assets, the matrimonial home must be sold within a reasonable short period and the net proceeds divided equally; petitioner was not awarded spousal maintenance but respondent must pay half the assessed child maintenance, set at HK$4,800 per month, with interim child maintenance to continue until the sale proceeds are divided.
