The court rejected the father's mere say‑so that family support had ceased, found on the evidence that he continued to have access to family resources (including ability to borrow) and accordingly concluded he could afford higher interim maintenance; awarded monthly MPS of HK$9,400 to the mother and HK$51,700 to the children (HK$25,850 each), ordered those sums to be back‑dated to 1 February 2018 with a lump‑sum payment for the back‑dated period (credit for sums paid from 25 January 2019), and ordered costs in favour of the mother.
