The phrase 'accompanied personal baggage of a person' includes items belonging to and being transported with another who is accompanying that person on the same journey; on the appellant's factual account two of the four cans were the wife's and thus fell within her accompanied personal baggage, rendering the conviction unsafe and requiring quashing.
