An appeal against a disqualification order made by a master is not within the exceptions in Order 58 Rule 2 and therefore must be brought to a judge in chambers of the Court of First Instance under Order 58 Rule 1; where the appellant was misinformed and filed in the Court of Appeal, the appropriate remedy is to remit the appeal to the Court of First Instance and, as necessary, grant extension of time to preserve determination on the merits.
