Video evidence demonstrated the appellant drove in a manner far below the standard of a reasonable and prudent driver (repeatedly crossing solid and double white lines and weaving), the appellant's conflicting explanations destroyed his credibility, and the sentence was proportionate given the conduct and 18 prior driving convictions; therefore conviction and sentence were upheld.
