Leave to appeal refused because the defendants' grounds merely re‑argued factual challenges already considered and rejected at trial, did not show any error of law or that the findings were plainly wrong, the trial judge properly assessed expert evidence and ancillary tests (JO Tests and water sampling) and the award of HK$30,000 for general damages was supported by the evidence; therefore the intended appeal had no reasonable prospect of success.
