Court accepted bank witnesses and recordings as complete and credible, found defendant knowingly agreed to a cash‑advance by raising her credit limit and was bound by the card and 'Good Use Money' plan terms; therefore default finance charges, late fees and accumulated interest under those terms were properly chargeable and the bank was entitled to judgment for the calculated sum and interest.
