The appeal is dismissed because there was abundant evidence to support the magistrate's finding that the appellant did not rebut the presumption of possession for trafficking and because a magistrate is not obliged to further question an unrepresented accused; appellate interference with credibility findings is inappropriate where the trial judge had the advantage of observing the witness.
