The court found the date of the accident in the judgment (5 December 2015) was an error arising from an accidental slip and, applying RDC Order 20 rule 11, allowed a corrigendum to correct the date to 4 December 2015; the respondent was duly served and did not oppose; the correction did not alter the amount of compensation and, because the applicant undertook not to claim the additional day of pre-judgment interest, no amendment to the sealed judgment was required.
