Certified true copies of the two 1962/1963 documents certified by a Land Officer satisfied s13(2) of the Conveyancing and Property Ordinance and were sufficient proof in the circumstances; the 28 February 2008 letter was a threat to give notice and did not constitute a notice to annul; accordingly the purchaser was not entitled to treat the agreement as rescinded and the vendor proved title.
