The appeal is dismissed because there was no material non-disclosure by the petitioner and, in any event, any non-disclosure would not have made a substantial difference to the consent order providing for the child's education.

Having found the wife to have materially inferior security compared with the husband's second wife, and having taken into account the length of the marriage, the wife's contributions and the husband's inadequate disclosure, the court ordered a lump sum of HK$150,000 and nominal periodical payments of HK$500/month while discharging the existing HK$6,100/month order; the orders were made pursuant to the court's duty under ss.4 and 7 of Cap.192 to consider all circumstances and provide fair financial provision and security.
