    The Wife satisfied the Currey test: she cannot reasonably fund representation from her own assets or public funding; the Husband's disclosure was piecemeal and unsatisfactory permitting an adverse inference of undisclosed resources; on available evidence the Husband has the ability to pay the ordered legal costs provision; accordingly award for interim costs provision up to trial was justified and quantified at HK$3.5m payable monthly in instalments and costs of the application ordered.
