The plaintiffs substantially performed the main-switch contract (Ex.A) and were entitled to recover the contract balance subject to deduction for the lesser cost of a 500 Amp. switch ($900); the second contract (Ex.B) was not an entire contract because quantities were not fixed so plaintiffs were entitled to payment for work done; plaintiffs proved their claims except that an item claimed at $3,620 was accepted on evidence as $3,000; counterclaim dismissed.
