Leave to appeal was granted only insofar as the Applicant could argue that the Tribunal erred in failing to investigate whether the Respondent withheld 20% statutory allowance and 20% property tax relating to rents for Shops 29 and 30 for the six years from 17 September 2015 to 16 September 2021; all other grounds (including forgery, eviction, security deposit, injunctions, Shop 42 settlement and expansion of limitation period by fraud) were refused because allegations were unsupported, outside tribunal jurisdiction, time-barred or settled, and credibility findings were not plainly wrong.
