Security for costs was ordered against the 2nd Plaintiff only in the sum of HK$600,000 payable within 28 days because the 2nd Plaintiff's vessel cannot be arrested in Hong Kong, it is resident in South Korea which lacks reciprocal enforcement, the Defendant has an arguable defence and counterclaim, the delay was not so gross as to deny security, and the originally sought quantum was disproportionate so was reduced to HK$600,000.
