Once the Crown proved the length of road had street lighting with lamp posts not more than 200 yards apart it established a prima facie case that the road was a 'restricted road' to which a 30 mph limit applied; under Criminal Procedure Ordinance s94A the prosecution was not required to prove the absence of an order excluding that length of road, and no rebuttal evidence was produced, therefore the appeal is dismissed.
