On the balance of probabilities the court found a prior agreement and a valid written contract signed by the defendant, rejected claims of incapacity, undue influence and unconscionability given the defendant's literacy and opportunity to obtain advice, and held that the undervalue and uncertainties as to estate value did not render the bargain unconscionable; plaintiff entitled to specific performance and transfer of any interest in the mother's estate, with costs to plaintiff.
