Plaintiffs established a serious question to be tried but did not meet the higher degree of assurance required for a mandatory interlocutory injunction and, on the evidence, the balance of convenience favoured the defendant because the security and safety objectives of the defendant's measures were legitimate and substantial, alternative access (cargo lift) existed and damages could be an adequate remedy; therefore the interlocutory mandatory injunction was refused.
