The Court held the intended appeal had no reasonable prospect of success because the Board had given reasons, the applicant failed to advance any specific arguable ground to challenge the Board's credibility and risk findings, and the Board was entitled to proceed in the applicant's absence; accordingly an extension of time to appeal would be futile and was refused.
